IGC was established in 2020 for the sole purpose of sourcing quality protective health care glove equipment in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Founded by experienced business and finance professionals, the company is committed to ethical standards in all aspects of its operations. IGC will ONLY work with accredited buyers of equipment and will ensure that the quality and value for money of all products are of the highest standard and sourced only from sellers who meet the necessary financial and governance requirements.

Michael J. Boyd

Managing Director

Mr. Boyd has 45 years of experience in trading and investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston (head of Reinvestment Division), Citicorp Capital Markets (co-head of US Treasury and Mortgage-backed Sales and Marketing) and Merrill Lynch Capital Markets (Global Head of Product Management for Taxable Fixed Income).‍

Mr. Boyd founded and was CEO of both the fixed income research firm, Wilkinson Boyd Capital Markets, and Wilkinson Boyd Asset Management which led to the trading of many $Trillions of fixed income securities. In addition to providing expert witness testimony in both arbitration hearings and in U.S. Federal Court (relating to securities fraud and complex derivatives), he is an active investor in a variety of financial and industrial companies and serves on the Advisory Board of many of them.

Gary DeMoss

Managing Director

Mr. DeMoss has developed and directed rich-media campaigns in marketing, advertising, and public relations; and he has produced and directed successful national campaigns for clients such as GEICO, USA Today, and McDonalds as well as for labor organizations such as UMWA International, AFL-CIO and the US Steelworkers.

During his 25 years of experience working with Labor, Executive and Legislative leadership in Washington D.C., Mr. DeMoss has produced programming for both U.S. and International media organizations, such as CBS News, National Geographic Television, ESPN, NBC Universal and many others.

Doug Karr

Managing Director

Mr. Karr is Co-Founder and Principal of Vizer Network and Development LLC and serves as interim CEO of American Engine Systems. He was a co-founder and CEO of American Teleradiology Nighthawks, a healthcare technology company. In addition, he serves as an advisor to global NGOs, governmental agencies, academic institutions, and individuals serving in key posts in our government and military.  

Mr. Karr was awarded a National Businessman of the Year by the US Congressional Committee, was a recipient of the Ronald Reagan Medal, and was the Honorary Chairman of the US Congressional Business Advisory Council.

Sean Verity

Managing Director

Mr. Verity has over 40 years of experience in banking and financial services including Barclays Bank International, GEISCO and Chase Manhattan Bank, working in London, Frankfurt, Paris, Hong Kong and New York.  More recently, he was a National Partner in a U.K. Chartered Accounting firm and served as Executive VP and member of the Operating Committee at BNY Mellon where he managed strategic relationships with the Bank’s largest global clients.

‍Mr. Verity recently retired from Standard Chartered Bank where he had served as Vice Chairman, Americas. He is now an active investor in a variety of financial and industrial companies and serves on the Advisory Board of many of them.

Kevin D. Leitao

Legal Adviser

Mr. Leitao has nearly thirty years of experience as in-house and outside counsel and as a senior compliance leader. During his twenty years as in-house counsel, he has most recently served as General Counsel for WebBank – a leading FinTech bank He also has worked for several diversified financial services companies (GE Consumer Finance, Merrill Lynch, TIAA) and the mobile wallet company, Softcard.

Mr. Leitao has advised on, developed and led compliance, AML, privacy and data security programs for a diverse set of companies and clients. His initial law firm experience was in M&A, corporate law, regulatory advice and swaps/derivatives for public utilities and insurance companie
